How do I change or upgrade my storage plan?

If you need more space, or would like to move to a different Files In Cloud plan, our support team can help you switch.

Before you request a change

• Review the plans available on the Files In Cloud website.
• Note how much storage you currently use.
• Decide whether you want a larger or a smaller plan.

What to include in your request

• The email address linked to your account
• The plan you are on now, if you know it
• The plan you would like to move to
• The first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card on the account

Send this through the Submit a Request form and choose “Change or Upgrade Storage Plan”. We reply by email to the address on the request.
