How do I cancel my Files In Cloud subscription?

You can ask our support team to cancel your Files In Cloud subscription by sending a cancellation request.

How to request cancellation

• Open the Submit a Request form and choose “Cancel Subscription”.
• Enter the email address linked to the account.
• Enter the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the card used.
• Describe what you would like cancelled.

Why we ask for card digits

The first 6 and last 4 digits let us match the subscription to your payment record. We never ask for your full card number, expiry date, or security code.

After you submit

You will see a request number on screen. Keep it for reference. Our support team replies by email to the address on the request, so please check your spam or junk folder as well.
